We offer a 15-day return policy for all orders made on The Royal Scent. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for a 100% money-back refund. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a full refund for the product(s) (excluding delivery charges) to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned items. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Delivery Charges

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@theroyalscent.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
